Faculty of Creative Industries periodicaly organizes the following conferences:
 
International scientific conference "Visuality"
 
The biennial international interdisciplinary scientific conference "Visuality" is organized by the Department of Philosophy and Communication (VGTU Faculty of Creative Industries). This year, the conference will be held for the fourth time. The event attracts participants from various European and other countries: the USA, Taiwan, France, Finland, Romania, Slovenia, Poland, Latvia, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, etc.
The conference deals with various aspects of visuality from philosophical, sociological, cultural, psychological, political, educational, new media etc. perspectives.
Both Lithuanian and foreign peer-reviewed articles, based on the conference reports, will be published in international research journals „Filosofija. Sociologija“ (Eng. "Philosophy. Sociology"), "Creativity Studies" and „Santalka: Filosofija, Komunikacija“ (Eng. "Coactivity: Philosophy, Communication").
 
International scientific conference „Speciality Language Studies in the Common European Higher Education Area: Theory and Practice“
 
This biennial international scientific conference is jointly organized by the Department of Foreign Languages, the Department of Lithuanian Language (VGTU Faculty of Creative Industries) and Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences. This year, the conference will be held for the third time. The event attracts participants from various European countries: Germany, Great Britain, Denmark, Turkey, Latvia, Russia, etc.
The conference deals with speciality foreign languages and the Lithuanian language teaching problems;  application of IT in the course of language instruction to students of non-philological specializations; sociocultural, intercultural and psycholinguistic aspects of language teaching. Terminology and speciality language contrastive research is presented during the event as well.
Both Lithuanian and foreign peer-reviewed articles, based on the conference reports, will be published in VGTU international research journals.
 
National scientific conference on philosophical and sociological topics
 
The fifth national conference on philosophical and sociological topics is jointly organized by the Department of Philosophy and Communication (VGTU Faculty of Creative Industries), Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, Lithuanian Social Research Centre, and Lithuanian Association of Communication. The event attracts scientists and researchers from various Lithuanian universities, institutes, Lithuanian Academy of Sciences and other research and studies organizations.
The conference deals with various global, human, society, cognition, creativity, culture, science, art, life, everyday, new media, etc. aspects from the perspective of Philosophy, Sociology, and Communication.
Lithuanian peer-reviewed articles, based on the conference reports are published in international research journals „Filosofija. Sociologija“ (Eng. "Philosophy. Sociology"), "Creativity Studies" and „Santalka: Filosofija, Komunikacija“ (Eng. "Coactivity: Philosophy, Communication").
 
Young researchers conference "Science - Future of Lithuania"
The Lithuanian young researchers’ conference "Science - Future of Lithuania. Creativity, Innovations, Communication" is organized by the Department of Creative Entrepreneurship and Communication (VGTU Faculty of Creative Industries). The conference is intended for VGTU second-cycle students of Communication of Creative Society, the first-cycle students and graduates of Creative Industries and Entertainment Industry, as well as students from other Lithuanian universities and colleges.
The aim of the event is to encourage students to present their theoretical and applied research results; to initiate scientific debates on creativity, innovations, and communication issues.
Peer-reviewed articles, based on the conference reports are published in "Mokslas - Lietuvos ateitis" (Eng. "Science - Future of Lithuania") and other Lithuanian research journals.
